Deb Flores, Registered Yoga Teacher

Deb started her teaching career by attending yoga classes in 2001 just out of curiosity. As an avid aerobic and fitness enthusiast for years, she found herself looking for a change and saw little fulfillment in her current regime. Turning back to her years of training in meditation she found herself challenged and "still searching for that calm stillness". Her search led her to Forest House Yoga. Deb was hooked from the start! The yoga practice turned out to be the key to her journey toward self enlightenment, self awareness, and ultimately her transition to teaching. She so loves the benefits of yoga and how it makes her feel physically, that she took the Forest House Teacher year long Training. At first, it was just for her enjoyment, but later Deb realized she loves helping others feel as good as she, and that she has a down-to-earth knack for instilling the knowledge and tools she was given through the study of Anusara Yoga©. She claims by the passage of time and with great patience, that through the practice of the poses and breathing techniques, any student will reap great rewards.
